Should I get a new 8800GT and SLI them, get a quad core processor+capable motherboard, G15 keyboard or an iPod Touch. I cannot afford more than one of the choices.
Thanks for helping me with the decision.

What do you have atm? (gpu, mobo, cpu, keyboard)
iPod Touch is a no go, that's for ppl who have a life.
G15 keyboard will be alot cheaper then the gpu or cpu upgrade, but won't matter that much. (not as much as a new gpu or cpu anyway)
And to be able and decide what would increase your performance most, I'd need your specs atm.
(although the extra card should be the way to go if you have a decent dual core cpu or something)

Yeah I have a nano 1st G (2GB) and it's wicked dented and slow. My specs are on xfire profile dumbass but I'm in a good mood so here: AMD Athlon 64 X2 5200+ 2.6GHz, 3GB DDR2-800, Foxconn nForce 590 SLI (Socket AM2) Nvidia GeForce 8800GT 512MB and I have $91 right now but my birthday is next Tuesday.

I'd suggest getting a new cpu, but that will be the most expensive thing (and I just don't like AMD anymore I suppose, might be because of that) Anyway, up to you entirely.
Performance wise you'd prolly be best going for the extra nVidia 8800GT, but looking ahead and keeping in mind that games will be using the multiple cores more effectively soon, I'd suggest going for the cpu. (you'll get a large increase in performance aswell and it'll get larger and larger in the future).
Besides, some games don't support SLI (albeit a few nowadays, but there are still left).
Oh and I'm too lazy to go check your xfire, you're asking us for advice here, not the other way around. ^^
